Hi pupils! have you ever sent letter for someone? or do you have any friend from another city or country? If you do that, you definitely will inform your good or bad news by sending the letter.

The letter which you send to your special one is called "PERSONAL LETTER"

Do you know what is personal letter?

So, this is Fajar's letter to his father!

Structure of Personal Letter:

Date	Date when the letter is written (top left)
Address	Place where you are writing from (top right)
Salutation & Name	Greeting and the person’s name you are writing to
Introduction	The opening of the letter usually starts with how are you or refers to previous letter
Body	The main part of the letter. It includes what you want to write to the other person.
Closure	The part indicates the letter is going to end
Complimentary close	Short expressions like “love you”, “sincerely yours”, “love”.
Postscript P.S.	After thought in a letter. You begin with P.S. and end with your initials

Dear Paula,

Hello Paula, how are you? It’s been a month since l last heard from you. Well l just wanted to tell you that I was in a hospital last week. According to the doctor l was infected by dengue fever.

At first, I felt my body became weak then fainted when was studying in the classroom. Then, I was taken to the hospital because of the high fever. At the hospital, I was brought into the emergency unit. The doctor immediately gave some treatments. Finally, l had to stay there for one week. Every day the doctor kept me on a drip. At the seventh day, my condition was getting better. After the final check, the doctor gave me permission to go home. Now, I’m okay and because of my illness, I am now more careful about keeping in my house clean especially my room, I don’t want to get the same illness again.
